Belleview Community Chapel is honored to be teaming up with North Huron Christian Center and Angel Food Ministries to bring our community good food for less. Angel Food Ministries is a non-profit, non-denominational organization that began in 1994. Today, Angel Food Ministries can be found in over 3,200 communities in 34 states and helps feed over 500,000 families a month. For $30.00 you can receive a box of food containing both fresh and frozen items. Our food items are top quality – we buy our food from major food producers throughout the country to ensure the best food comes to your table. Along with the monthly basic box, each month there will be special boxes available. The basic $30.00 box or the senior $28.00 box must be purchased in order to purchase the special boxes. And now you can save even more money by ordering through Angel Food's website directly (click here)! Instead of the previous handling fee of $2.00 for the basic box and $1.00 for the special boxes, Angel Food is helping local ministries by lowering the fee to only $1.00 regardless of your order size.  Boxes are not delivered to your home. You are responsible for picking your boxes up at North Huron Christian Center on the delivery date. North Huron Christian Center is located at 750 W 96th Ave. in Thornton.

Pastor's Heart

Hope craves a crowd

It teaches us to say “No” to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age, while we wait for the blessed hope—the glorious appearing of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ. — Titus 2:12-13

You’ve probably heard the saying, “Misery loves company.” Have you ever heard the saying, “Hope craves a crowd”?  You’ve probably never heard “heaven” used as a swear word either, right?  We don’t swear on hope.  Hope keeps us alive.  Ultimately, our dreams have always outpaced our capacity and usually our reality, but we still dream and encourage others to chase their dreams.  “Follow/Pursue your dreams” is virtually a TV mantra, but have you ever heard someone say on TV to pursue heaven?  Heaven is the ultimate hope, but some people seem to be afraid of talking about it for fear of being labeled a “pie in the sky” person.
