Our pastor, John Wiersma, and his wife Lisa have been leading the BCC family since July 2007. Prior to their coming to BCC, John and Lisa served first with Wycliffe Bible Translators and then with Campus Crusade for Christ as missionaries. Along with his pastoral heart, John has a passion for evangelism and discipleship. Along with her heart for worship, Lisa has a passion to see children grow in Biblical knowledge and Christ-likeness. They have 3 children of their own: Micaiah, Hannah and Joshua. Their vision is to build a team of Christ-centered difference makers who will transform their families, communities, country and ultimately the world. Their heart’s desire is to equip and empower the members of BCC to be laborers in the harvest field where God has called them.
